Formed in 2015, The Bushfire Foundation Inc a registered Charity was established to assist residents to better prepare for bushfires around their homes via offering assistance through volunteer workforce to undertake bushfire works.
However in recent months we were given control of a national database for animal relocation in emergencies, to support the database and on the back of research found in this space that deems more needs to be done in this field, we wish to develop a national program based on providing disaster relief to animals both stock and domestic that will see community animal relief teams provide preparedness, response and relief to animal owners Australia wide.
